Found what I wanted and found a fair price. Expected delivery very fast.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to return 6 cushions that I bought for $99.00 with free shipping. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the first customer service rep never came back. The second rep was trying to help me and finally after 20 more minutes said she was emailing me a shipping label to return the cushions for $83.29 plus tax. Seriously? Never order from them they are awful!!!
Easy to use interface and really cool finds. Was a tad disappointed with the customer service and their supply chain ordering process. It took me 4 attempts before someone finally responded with a status to my order.
We recently contracted with New Heritage Wood Floors of Davie Florida to install wood floors in 4 bedrooms and to replace a Teak floor. Mark and his team are the best! They are professional, courteous and keep you informed from the moment you contract with them. Dean, Headley, and Eduardo are a great team and are experts at laying wood floors. They were punctual and kept the mess to a minimum. Would definitely use them again.

I'm having a really hard time updating my account/profile. I got so fed up I ordered without my professional discount because I needed the fixture. Shouldn't be so impossible to list being a Production Designer!
Using Houzz was a great experience at first...good website, good products (or it seemed), good delivery service.
The product arrived and was damaged beyond use. Vanity-ceramic top was cracked in half. Didn't even take it out of the box. The box also had written in black sharpie (which wasn't initially visible below the packaging) read: RETURN, assuming the product had already been returned before.
Initiated the online return, didn't hear from the company. Then two weeks later I received a call that said I was to receive another delivery from houzz, as they processed my return as a replacement. I called the company to clarify and cancel the new shipment and have the damaged product returned. After one more week I called again to find out about the return, then was told they would be contacting me in the next week to schedule a pick up, which finally did happen. It has now been three weeks since they've picked up the damaged product, two phone calls and still no refund. It is now officially now been 9 weeks since this process started, any advice on how to get a company to be decent would be appreciated. Wish I could show you a picture of this and the new (same) product I received from build.com and the quality difference, doesn't compare. DO NOT BUY FROM HOUZZ they are thieves.
